DuoSwim is a swimming app that provides users with workouts and competition specific training plans that are designed by Olympic standard coaches. DuoSwim is a leading provider of sports technology for swimmers, ironman and triathlete competitors.
These Terms of Service are a contract between you and DuoSwim. By using the Services of DuoSwim on the web or on any other applications that give access to DuoSwim (desktop or mobile applications), you are bound to agree to the following Terms of Use.

DuoSwim is intended exclusively for consumers. Use of DuoSwim for commercial purposes of any kind is expressly prohibited.

Use of the DuoSwim Services is at your own risk. In any case a condition for the use of the DuoSwim Services is that you must be in a good general state of health. If you have knowledge of any pre-existing medical conditions we advise you to seek medical advice from a doctor urgently before you start the DuoSwim Services (such as training journeys or workouts).
