We collect details from you when you sign up to the DuoSwim app, subscribing to our website with your email, offers, and written and verbal communication. We may increase the information that you provide with other information that we obtain from our dealings with you or from outside sources.
What information we collect
In order to provide you with personal training journeys or video stroke analysis we will be required to collect personal sensitive information.
This can include but may not be limited to your: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Contact details, Height, Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI).
For some products and services, you might be asked to provide sensitive information such as details surrounding your health which will help us to understand your specific circumstances. This information allows us to tailor our recommendations to best suit your needs.
We may collect information about the devices you use including internet protocol address (IP address), location, type and operating system.

2. Firebase
Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms
DuoSwim uses Firebase to store your personal information during sign up and video stroke analysis. Firebase is a google service. Google is generally a data processor and processes personal data on their behalf. Firebase terms include Data Processing and Security Terms for all Firebase services, effective May 25, 2018.
Certain Firebase services governed by the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Terms of Service are already covered by associated data processing terms, the GCP Data Processing and Security Terms. A complete list of Firebase services currently governed by the GCP Terms of Service is available in the Terms of Service for Firebase Services.
Google Analytics for Firebase is covered under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
3. Location-Based Services
To provide location-based services on the DuoSwim App, DuoSwim and our partners and licensees, such as maps data providers, may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP Address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your devices’ approximate location. Unless you provide consent, this location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by DuoSwim and licensees to provide and improve location-based products and services. For example, your device may share its geographic location with our application when you opt into our location services.
4. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
5. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. 10. Refunds
If you've purchased the DuoSwim Pro subscription from the App Store, you may be eligible for a refund. However since you subscribed to the app through the App Store, you will have to request a refund using the Apple Store resources. You can use any device to do this, you'll just need to log in to the service using your Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription to the app.
