This training journey is designed for those wanting to gain raw speed and skills that will make them powerful across events such as the 50, 100 and 200. The plan also includes great workouts for distance swimmers to inject a burst of speed adding to a robust racing ability.
The workouts range from 1,800 – 4,000 yards/metres, with taper weeks and tolerance sets included throughout. We've got pulling, kicking, stroke and IM work. It's all in there!
