This journey is for swimmers who want to improve their top-end sprinting speed and 100 freestyle time. The plan is designed to provide focus and structure to your week, keeping you motivated and inspired.
The workouts range from 1600 – 2400 yards/metres, with the intensity and volume increasing up to week six. This is followed by a small two week taper. Throughout the journey you’ll challenge your swimming speed with race pace workouts and test sets that include a best effort 100 for time.
