This training journey is for swimmers who want to gain raw speed and skills that will make them powerful across events such as the 50, 100 and 200.
The workouts range from 1500 – 2500 yards/metres, with taper weeks and tolerance sets included throughout. This journey is designed for swimmers who are looking to push their speed and technical skills to the next level.
