For Who

This training journey is designed for those wanting to improve their technique and efficiency on all four strokes: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle.

What to Expect

The workouts range from 1,400 – 2,000 yards/meters, with the intensity and volume increasing each week. This training camp includes skill-based work and IM challenge sets to test your skill and execution on all the strokes!
