This boot camp is specifically aimed at swimmers who want to improve their kicking ability. The journey will change the way you kick, making your stroke more effective.
The workouts range from 1,200 – 1,800 yards/meters, with the intensity and volume increasing each week. Throughout the journey you will challenge your kicking ability with challenge sets that include best effort repeats.
