This training journey is designed for swimmers who want to improve their freestyle technique and develop a more effective stroke.
The workouts range from 1,300 – 2,000 yards/meters, with the intensity and volume increasing each week. The boot camp includes a lot of skill-based work with occasional challenge sets to test your freestyle skill and efficiency.
