If you’re looking for a structured training plan to build a foundation for a lifetime of swimming, then look no further! This journey is designed for swimmers who are not as confident or regular in the water. You can swim, but not for very long.
The workouts range from 400 – 800 yards/meters, with the intensity and volume increasing each week. The training journey includes a lot of skill based work to build up your swimming capacity and confidence.
