For Who

If you’re looking for a structured training plan to build a foundation for a lifetime of swimming, then look no further! This journey is designed for swimmers who are not as confident or regular in the water. You can swim, but not for very long.

What to Expect

The workouts range from 400 – 800 yards/meters, with the intensity and volume increasing each week. The training journey includes a lot of skill based work to build up your swimming capacity and confidence.

Results you will get

  • Learn the basics of swim training and DUO Swim
  • Improve your streamlining, breathing and body position
  • Complete an 800 yard/meter workout after 4 weeks
  • Improve your technique and efficiency
